Topiq Talent ASM utilizes trusted, industry-standard third-party SDKs:

• Google Play Services / Firebase: Used for secure push notification delivery (FCM) and app crash diagnostics.
• Expo Framework: Provides runtime environment and device platform integrations.
• Razorpay Software Private Limited: Processed via web browser or payment gateway for transparent registration fee and EMI collections. All payments comply with PCI-DSS standards.

6Data Storage, Retention, and Security

Security: All network communication between the Topiq Talent ASM application and our servers is secured using modern TLS 1.3 encryption. Passwords and sensitive authentication tokens are hashed and salted with industry-standard cryptographic algorithms.

Encrypted Local Storage: Sensitive session tokens are kept on the mobile device inside protected application sandboxes using encrypted key-value storage.

7Children's Privacy (Educational Assessment Safeguards)

TOPIQ TALENT TEST is dedicated to educational advancement and talent identification for students in Classes 3 to 12. Information pertaining to minors is collected solely with explicit consent provided by schools, institutional coordinators, or parents/guardians during registration.

We do not solicit personal information directly from children under 13 without verified guardian/institutional authorization, nor do we employ behavioral tracking or personalized commercial advertising on student profiles.

1. Student Registration & Candidate Profiles

When a candidate registers on the TOPIQ portal, we assign a unique 6-character Student User ID (e.g., 9K3P2A) and Admission Number. We record the candidate's full name, academic class, address, and mobile number. Mobile numbers are verified via 6-digit SMS OTPs sent under our registered TRAI/DLT headers to prevent unauthorized registrations.

2. Payment Processing via Razorpay (PCI-DSS)

All admission fees and flexible 2-part EMI payments are processed directly through Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway). TOPIQ never stores card numbers, CVV codes, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords on our servers. Razorpay returns an encrypted transaction reference used solely to confirm candidate seat booking.

3. Live Webcam & Profile Photo Usage

Candidates have the option to take a live photo via webcam or upload a passport photo during registration. This photo is displayed strictly on the candidate's digital Hall Ticket, Admit Card, and official Merit Certificate to prevent identity impersonation during daily 8:00 PM MCQ scholarship examinations.

4. Daily Examination Attendance & Merit Tracking

During the 100-Day Challenge, daily test submissions, timestamps, and MCQ marks are recorded to compute transparent state-level scholarship rankings. Only anonymized ranks or candidate first names and districts may be displayed on public merit leaderboards.

We use strictly functional cookies and local browser storage to keep students safely logged into their examination sessions and preserve question progress in case of intermittent internet disconnections. We do not use third-party cross-site advertising cookies.
